配电网非量测负荷的最小二乘估计

摘    要:提出了用于修正10kV配电系统非量测负荷的变权值最小二乘估计算法,该算法采用了权值随残差变化的权函数,从而较大程度上抑制了伪量测中坏数据对估计结果的不良影响。用该算法编制了应用程序并进行了实例研究。结果表明该算法能够利用线路首端的实测数据和有量测装置的配电变压器的实测数据对非量测点的伪测量数据进行修正,使其准确度达到或接近实际量测值。

Abstract:To revise the pseudo-measured loads in 10 kV distribution system an algorithm of iteratively weighted state estimation based on least square is proposed in which the weighting functions that vary with residual error are adopted, therefore, the harmful influence of the bad data in pseudo-measurements on estimation results is effectively suppressed. The application program is developed by this algorithm, its calculation results show that in the presented algorithm the measured data from the sending end of the transmission lines and that from distribution transformers with measuring devices can be used to revised the pseudo-measured data and the accuracy of the revised data can reach or is close to the practical measured value.
