不同接种方式对青霉PT95菌株生长的影响

摘    要:比较了Penicillium sp.PT95菌株三种接种物(菌核、菌丝球和分生孢子)对菌核分化和类胡萝卜素产率的影响。通过对比发现,用未洗过的菌核作为接种物时的菌核产量最高,类胡萝卜素产率也高,而以分生孢子作为接种物时的产菌核能力最差。

Abstract:Experiment was performed to determine the effect of three types of inocula sclerotea,mycelial pellet and spore of Penicillium thomii on scolerotia differentiation and metabolism of carotenoid.The results showed that the inoculum in the form of sclerotium could result in highest sclerotia biomass and accumulate amounts of carotenoid.The mycelial pellet inoculum also could make P.thomii form sclerotia,however,the sclerotia biomass were too low to analyze the carotenoid yield.The spore inoculum was worst inoculum because there were large sectoring area to occur.In conclusion,the inoculum in the form of sclerotium is best.
