| 摘 要： | 从信息科学的新视角，提出了EMS中的电力信息学这一全新的研究课题，提出并初步研究了EMS中电力信息的定义、分类、模型、过程和运动规律，概述了EMS中所采用的信息技术，展望了信息理论在EMS中的应用前景。通过进一步的研究，可望为当前面向电力市场的新型EMS的研究提供全新的理论和方法论，并提高EMS的可靠性、智能水平和实用性。

| Abstract: | Drawing on the information theory,a brand new topic of electrical inform atics is proposed. The fundam entals of the topic,the definition,classification,m odeling,the process and principles of inform ation of power system measured by the energy management system EMS are described,and the application of inform ation theory to the EMS are tentatively investigated.It is expect that,following further investigations,a series of new theories and methods based on electrical informatics will be provided to the current power market- oriented new- type EMS and that the reliability,intelligence and practicability of the EMS will be enhanced. |
