| 摘 要： | 为了采用大通径精密复合滤砂管完井技术,最大限度解放油层,增加油层的泄油面积,胜利油田部署了沾18-支平1水平分支井,这是胜利油田首口稠油热采水平分支井。稠油热采鱼骨状水平分支井钻井工艺比较特殊,对钻井液和完井液性能也有较高的要求,为此,在分析稠油热采鱼骨状水平分支井技术难点的基础上,对该井井身结构、钻进方式、裸眼侧钻、钻具组合、钻井液及完井液和施工效果等进行了详细的论述,该井的成功为胜利油田稠油热采水平分支井技术积累了宝贵的经验。
