| 摘 要： | 借鉴已有建筑检测鉴定的成果,对某既有高层的可靠性鉴定和抗震鉴定等问题进行探讨,建议采用不同的后续设计使用年限和相应的设防标准,对该建筑进行验算评级,并将其与寿命评估相结合,定量地给出其剩余使用年限,最终确定其目标使用期。

| Abstract: | Based on the appraisal of reliability of existing tall buildings,the seismic fortification criterion corresponding to diverse successive design working life,and judge of existing buildings have been proposed.The remaining life formula of the existing buildings are established,which predicts the remaining life of existing building quantitatively. |
