| 摘 要： | 对多种集成芯片组成的印刷电路板组件(PCBA)进行了有限元模态和实验模态分析.以有限元分析软件ABAQUS/CAE为平台,经简化建立等质量仿真模型,得到PCBA在不同固定方式下的多阶固有频率和振型.通过对有限元软件仿真与实验模态分析的结果进行比较,可知有限元分析方法和实验结果具有很好的一致性,电路板固定方式和芯片分布的位置对PCBA组件的模态影响较大,有限元模态分析可以为PCBA芯片的分布优化设计和抗振可靠性研究提供理论依据.
