| 摘 要： | 简要分析了石化装置冷换设备管束腐蚀原因、化学镀Ni—P合金工艺原理及其性能。阐述了镀Ni—P合金在实际生产中的应用效果和存在的主要问题及解决，提出了化学镀Ni—P合金技术是换热管束表面防腐的一种有效方法。

| Abstract: | Thereason of exchanger bundlein petrifaction eduipment, chemical Ni-P plating technics principle and performance were analyzed. And the chemical Ni-P plating techology in practice application effect, exist problem and solve ment methods were discussed. Chemical Ni-P plating method, an effective method in exchanger bundle layer corrosion prevetion, was put forward. |
