摘    要:诚信,这一广泛渗透于人类日常生活中的词汇,在企业文化乃至组织行为研究领域中并没有真正得到重视。究其原因可能是在西方的经济领域中诚信已不再是人们关注的重点。“非诚信”问题并没有同正常的经济秩序发生正面的直接“遭遇”;但在我国目前市场经济秩序尚没有真正建立起来的宏观背景下,研究诚信显得尤为重要。因为诚信可以为企业创造价值、实现价值。最终实现企业的战略目标,为社会创造价值。

Abstract:Sincerity & credit,the expression popularized in people' s daily lives,has never been paid much attention to in corporate culture and organizational behavior research lines,the reason why it does not attract people' s eyes may be that sincerity & credit has been no longer problem on which people emphasize in western economic trade and non-sincerity & credit has not directly encountered with common economic order.Researching sincerity & credit,however,has been an important subject under the condition of that market-oriented economic order has not been set up perfectly at present in China,because sincerity & credit can make money for an enterprise,create value for society,help an enterprise implement its strategy eventually.
