摘    要:针对塔式循环流化床锅炉特点,经改前试验及分析,找到了锅炉不能带满负荷及炉内受热面严重磨损的原因,通过对送风机、一次风机、引风机改造及一次风量、二次风配风的调整,锅炉已能带满负荷运行,受热面磨损大大降低。

Abstract:The 75 t/h tower type circulating fluidized bed combustion (CFBC) boilers in Daliuta Cogeneration Power Plant couldn't take full load and serious wearing problems existed on the furnace heating surfaces before retrofitting. Through testing and analysis, the causes of these problems were found out. Through the retrofittings of forced draft fans, and the adjustment of primary air quantity and secondary air ratio, the CFBC boilers have been able to operate at full load and the wearing of heating surfaces have been greatly reduced.
