摘    要:简要介绍了耗散结构理论,归纳了形成耗散结构的4个条件,运用耗散结构理论分析了微波还原焙烧低品位氧化锌矿的试验过程。得出了最佳工艺条件:活性炭加入量4.26%,微波功率630W,加热时间10min,锌浸出率85.36%,铁浸出率33.25%。

Abstract:The dissipative structure theory was briefly introduced, four conditions to form dissipative structure were concluded, and the process of microwave reducing roasting of low-grade zinc oxide ore was analyzed with the theory of dissipative structure. The optimum technology parameters include the amount of active carbon powder of 4.26%, microwave power of 630 W, the heating time of 10 min. As a result, the leaching rate of zinc and iron is 85.36% and 33.25%, respectively.
