| 摘 要： | 针对广钢集团电炉炼钢厂(以下简称电炉厂)2#连铸机出现的挂漏、接口漏、裂漏、渣漏等漏钢形式进行分析。提出采取控制起步时间，提高结晶器水质、水速，优化结晶器振动参数，保证水口对中等措施以降低连铸机漏钢率。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the forms of adhension bleeding out, joint bleeding out, crack bleeding out, nipping slay bleeding out happened in No. 2 caster in EAF Division of GISC , the bleeding out rate of caster is decreased remarkably by taking such measures as improving water quality and flowing speed of mold, optimizing the vibration parameters of mold, keeping the centering of nozzle. |
