摘    要:介绍了基于先进的精简指令集(RISC)计算机(ARM)的等精度测频方法和传统测频方法的原理并进行了误差分析,提出了应用等精度测频方法测量机组转速,给出了基于此方法进行机组转速测量的软、硬件实现,并进行了系统测试.试验结果表明,该系统具有测量精度高、抗干扰能力强等优点,适合在电力自动化测控系统中应用.

Abstract:This paper introduces the principle of the equal-precision frequency measurement method and the traditional method,analyzes the difference between the two,and applies the method of equal-precision frequency measurement to measure the rotational speed. The way to build a rotational speed measurement system in software and hardware is given. The experimental results show that the system has a high measuring accuracy and anti-interference ability,and it is applicable to the power monitoring and control system.
