| 摘 要： | 总结了以芒硝、石灰和硫磺或纯碱与硫磺为原料,采用双级串联喷射循环吸收的新工艺生产亚硫酸钠。经对比表明,该工艺流程简单,设备少,操作简易,弹性大,运行稳定可靠,吸收效率高,尾气 SO_3含量稳定且低于国家排放标准。

| Abstract: | A new process for producing sodium sulphite by two stage seriesJet absorbing process is summarized from processes using such materials assodium sulphate,lime and sulphur or soda ash and sulphur.Comparisonsshow:this process is simple,the needs of equipment are few,it is easy tooperate,flexibility is great,the run is steady and reliable,the absorbingefficiency is high,and the level of sulphur dioxide in waste gas is steadyand lower than the State standard for discharging gas. |
