摘    要:为了解决由于阀门动作引入的流量变化导致的浓度控制不稳定的问题,在分析阀门、浓度变送器工作机理的基础上,提出了基于测量浓度值和阀门开度之间增量关系式的浓度控制方法。经过实际使用,证明了其在抑制浓度波动、提高调节时间等方面有较大的改善。

Abstract:In order to resolve the unsteady concentration control brought by the pulp flow fluctuation due to valve operation, a new concentrationcontrol method is put forward based on the measurement of the increment relation between the concentration value and valve opening afteranalyzing the operation mechanism of the valve and concentration transmitter. It has been proved by the practical application that the perfor-mance of reducing concentration fluctuation and the adjusting-time can be improved in this method.
