摘    要:系统采用DSP TMS320F2812作为伺服控制器的核心,设计了电流检测和角位置信号采集电路以及与DSP的接口电路,主电路部分采用了智能功率模块IPM.在控制策略上采用了滑模变结构(Sliding Modes Vafiable Structure Control,简称SMVSC)控制,目的是为了提高系统的抗干扰能力和动态品质.在DSP集成开发环境CCS(Code Composer Studio)2.0下采用C语言和汇编语言混合编程,实现了系统的数字化控制.试验结果证实了系统的可行性.

Abstract:The DSP TMS320F2812 was used as the core of the servo controller,the circuits of galvanometry and angle signal along with the interface circuit between them were designed.DSP and the Intelligent Power Module(IPM) in main circuit was adopted.sliding modes variable structure control(SMVSC) strategy was adopted in order to increase the anti-jamming ability of system and to improve the dynamic character.In code composer studio the hybrid programming by C and assembly language was used,then the digital control of system was achieved.The result proves the feasibility of system.
