电涌保护器残压测量中的影响因素分析

摘    要:按GB 18802.1—2002之规定进行8/20μs冲击电流下的电涌保护器(SPD)残压测试时,测试结果常受到各种因素的影响。笔者通过试验验证,理论探讨,分析了SPD两端引线、高压探头与被测SPD之间的连线方式、残压信号传输线缆等多种因素对残压测量结果的影响。确定了电涌保护器残压测量过程中的各种影响因素及影响趋势,提出准确测量残压的方法。

Abstract:In the residual voltage tests of surge protection device(SPD) under 8/20 μs impulse current according to GB 18802.1—2002,the test results are often affected by the layout of the experiments.In this paper,the influences of the factors,such as the connection mode between high voltage probe and EUT(SPD),both leads of SPD,and the residual voltage signal transmission cable,on the residual voltage measurement results are analyzed through test and theoretical analysis.Consequently,the influencing factors and their influences are determined,and a method for accurately measuring residual voltage of SPD is put forward.
