| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种新型螺杆泵测试系统，采用485总线控制变频器和测控模块，进而控制电动阀并检测关键参数，系统软件计算出螺杆泵在不同工况下的容积效率和综合泵效并绘制出特性曲线，现场应用效果良好，可对螺杆泵的科学使用提供有效的依据。

The Design of On-Line Testing System for Screw Pump |

| Abstract: | A new kind of automatic test-bed for screw pump is introduced. The testing system can control frequency transformer and data acquisition system by using 485 field bus. The system can drive electric valve and detect almost all key parameters of screw pump. The on-line software can calculate cubage efficiency, comprehensive efficiency and draw characteristic curves of tested pump by using the parameters. After on-site applications to be effective, the promotion of a certain value is presented. |
