摘    要:从实现给水管网的供需平衡和泵站机组组合与调速的两级优化调度着手,开发了基于ARMCortex-M3内核的STM32微控制器作为主控嵌入式芯片的智能水泵控制器.控制器提高了水泵控制的可靠性和灵活性,且使用方便,工作稳定,抗干扰能力强,完全达到了设计的要求,并建立了上位机监控系统,从而实现了泵站控制系统的闭环自动化.

The Application of the Intelligent Pump Controller in Water Supply Network System
Abstract:For the purpose of energy saving of the Lingang Xincheng water supply network, the paper performs theoretical study from the perspective of implementating the two-grade optimization operation which contains both of the supply-demand balance of the water supply network and the unit commitment and the adjustable speed of the water supply pump station. On this basis, the paper introduces the development of the intelligent pump controller which uses the STM32 microcontroller based on ARM Cortex-M3 as the chief-controlling embedded chip (with the help of the controller, not only the control of the pump has been improved in reliability and flexibility, the pump becomes more convenient as it used, but also the pump is stable when it works and it owns strong anti-interference capability. All of these meet the requirements of the design perfectly). Meanwhile, the thesis also presents the senior computer monitoring and control system. All of this makes the closed-loop automatic control system of the pump station fulfilled.
