常温循环流化床烟气脱硫技术的研究

摘    要:本论文对循环流化床排烟脱硫这一特殊的方法进行了比较系统的试验研究,初步探讨了热力学、化学等参数与脱硫效率的关系;通过不同运行方式的比较,找出了最佳运行工况和运行方式。初步解析了床内的反应机理。结果表明,运行温度越接近烟气露点,水蒸汽分压越高,脱硫效率则越高。烟气中SO2浓度对脱硫效率的影响在不同的浓度区域表现出不同的趋势。钙硫比增加时脱硫效率呈增加趋势。在干粉法、喷水增湿法以及喷浆法等三种不同的脱硫剂加入方式中,喷浆法具有最高脱硫效率。

Abstract:An experimental study has been performed on flue gas desulphurization (FGD) by circulating fluidized bed in ambient temperature systematically. The relationship, between desulphurization efficiency and the parameters of thermodynamics and chemistry, was basically investigated. The experiment shows that the bed temperature and the vapor partial pressure in the bed are the important parameters that influence the desulphurization efficiency. The closer to the dew point the bed temperature and the higher the vapor partial pressure, the higher the desulphurization efficiency. With increasing of Ca/S, the desulphurization efficiency ascends. Compared with different operating methods, the optimum method was found. The mechanism of FGD in CFB was analyzed primarily.
