摘    要:基于线阵CCD的火炮身管内径测量系统,由测量头、导头、定中装置、接杆、数据采集与处理等部分组成.平行光经测量刀照射在CCD传感器上,CCD将光信息转化成电信号.处理后显示结果或输入到计算机进行数据分析.也可通过计算机对其输入参数进行控制.该技术提高了测量精度和准确性,能实现数据采集与处理的自动化.

Abstract:The measure system of the barrel bore size base on linear on CCD consists of measure parts, oriented parts, center parts, link parts, data collection and data processing and so on. Parallel light irradiated the CCD sensor by measure sword; the light signal was transformed into electricity signal. After processing, the results were showed or imputed into computer for data analysis; either parameter was controlled by computer. The input parameter could also be controlled by computer. The technology could not only improve the precision and correctness, but also realize auto- collection and auto-management of the data.
