熔渣炉在有色冶金工业中应用的研究

摘    要:1984年北京矿冶研究总院提出的复杂金精矿熔渣炉熔融脱硫造渣工艺方案已获应用,使矿产铜仅3600t/a的烟自冶炼厂金产量达到1.2t/a,每年新增利润300万元。本文对课题的开发、方案的选译做了详细介绍;论述了熔渣炉结构特点和熔炼过程,指出了熔渣炉熔池中充满着呈激烈搅动状态的炉渣熔体,少量硫化物未形成稳定冰铜层;还就熔渣炉熔炼金精矿的技经指标和处理能力的提高,以及磁住氧化铁行为等问题进行了系统总结。床面积仅1.95m ̄2的烟台熔渣炉日处理金精矿可达60t,冶炼强度高达30t/m ̄2·d。它的首次应用为复杂金精矿处理、小型铜厂和小型铅厂扩大黄金生产开辟了新途径。

Abstract:In1984,a new technologY of recovering gold from complex gold concentrate was developed.The concentrate was meIt and sulfur removed and slag produced in slagging furnace,This teehnology has been applied success-fully in Yantai SmeItery with copper output of 3000t/a,which made it possible for this smeItery to produce gold 1.2t/a and to obtain an extra pro-fit of 3 million yuan RMD per ycar.The suggestion of thls subject and se-lection of technological scheme have been introduced In this paper.The stru-cture of slagging furnace and smeIting process have been yet elucidated.The experiment showed that a small part of sulfide can not form a stable matte layer when moIten bath in slagging furnace is charged with meIting slag in intensive agitation. Technical and economic indices increase of plant capacity and behaviour of magnetic iron oxide(magnetite)etc.have been systematically summarized.1.95m ̄2 deck of slagging furnace has a treatment capacity of 60/d gold concentrate,with smeIting intensity of 20~30t/m ̄2·d.The first application of slagging furnace will open a new way for the treat-ment of complex goldconcentrate and dovelopment of gold pfoduction in copper plants and lead plants.
