摘    要:固化水完井液体系是一项油气层保护新技术,在陆上油气田多用于开发后期的修井作业,用海水配制并应用于我国海上油气田开发井完井作业尚属首次。平湖油气田B8井各气层压力系数差异较大,经过可行性分析,并进行以海水为基液的固化水完井液配制试验获得成功后,在该井采用固化水完井液体系进行了完井。应用效果表明,采用固化水完井液体系,既防止了完井液向低压气层中的漏失,有效保护了气层,还确保了该井高压气层压井的需求。B8井完井后,诱喷投产一次成功,日产气量比原预测产量增加了30%以上。固化水完井液体系在平湖油气田B8井首次应用成功,为今后在海上其他油气田应用该项技术提供了借鉴。

Abstract:The solidified-water-based completion fluid system is a new technology for oil formation protection.It is often used in workover in later production period of on-land oil and gas fields while it is the first time to be made up by seawater and applied to complete the development wells in China offshore.Through the feasibility analysis for well B8 in Pinghu oil and gas field,the solidified-water-based completion fluid is made up by seawater successfully and then applied to complete the well in which the pressure factors are different between reservoirs greatly.The application has shown that such completion fluid system not only prevented the completion fluid from losing to the low pressure gas formation and protected the gas formations effectively,but also satisfied the requirements for well killing due to high pressure gas formation.After the completion of well B8,the well flow was induced successfully in one time and daily gas production increased 30% and more compared with that of predicted daily production.The successful application of this fluid system can be referred in future application in offshore oil and gas fields.
