原油电脱盐脱后盐含量超标原因的实验研究

摘    要:针对某炼油厂电脱盐装置存在的原油脱水不脱盐、脱后盐含量高的现象 ,通过分析原油的性质 ,同时采用不同类型破乳剂进行电脱盐实验对比 ,指出原油中固体杂质颗粒含量高是影响脱盐的主要原因。破乳剂ERI116 0具有破乳和湿润固体颗粒的双重作用 ,在注水量为 6 %、破乳剂用量为 4 0 μg/g的情况下 ,可以达到使脱后原油盐含量不大于 3mg/L、水含量不大于 0 .2 %的工艺指标。

Abstract:To solve the problem of high salt content and poor desalting performance of the electric desalter in a refinery, the crude oil properties were analyzed and different types of emulsion breakers were tried on the desalter and compared. The results show that the higher solid impurities in the crude is the major cause affecting the desalting performance. The emulsion breaker ERI1160 has the double functions of breaking emulsion and wetting the solid particles. The salt in the desalted crude oil is no greater than 3 mg/L and water is lower than 0.2% at 6% water injection and 40 ppm emulsion breaker dosage.
