镁团块低硅球化剂在球铁生产中的应用

摘    要:介绍镁团块低硅球化剂和硅铁镁合金球化剂的化学成分,以及单一硅铁镁合金球化剂与两种球化剂复合使用效果的对比。镁团块低硅球化剂含硅量只有0-12%,远远低于镁硅铁合金球化剂的含硅量,用于球铁生产可以放宽生铁和回炉铁硅量限制,并且可以增大孕育量提高球化率和伸长率。

Abstract:An introduction was made to the chemical compositions of Mg-Si-Fe mixture lump as low-Si nodularizer and Mg-Si-Fe alloy nodularizer, as well as the application effects comparison between adding single Mg-Si-Fe alloy and adding composite of two types nodularizers. The Mg-Si-Fe mixture lump contains only 0-12% of silicon that is much lower than the Si content of normai Mg-Si-Fe al-loy,so that it is possible using the lump nodularizer to relax the restriction on the Si content of pig irons and returned charges, as well as increase the inoculant addition amount for improving nodularity and increasing elongation
