粉煤灰混凝土氯离子二维、三维扩散特性的研究

摘    要:首先建立了氯离子二维(2D)和三维(3D)扩散的实验及测试方法,在此基础上系统研究了不同粉煤灰掺量(0%,20%,40%,60%)混凝土的边角处2D和3D氯离子扩散规律,并计算出了相应的2D和3D扩散系数;实验结果表明,粉煤灰混凝土的2D和3D自由氯离子浓度和总氯离子浓度随时间的增加而增加,随着粉煤灰掺量的增加先减少后增加,粉煤灰掺量为20%的混凝土的氯离子扩散系数最小;2D的自由氯离子浓度大于1D的自由氯离子浓度,3D的自由氯离子浓度大于2D的自由氯离子浓度;另外,与1D氯离子扩散相比,边角处的2D和3D氯离子扩散存在明显的交互作用,为了量化该交互作用,提出了氯离子2D和3D扩散交互系数的概念。

Abstract:The test method of chloride 2D and 3D diffusion was built,and on this basis chloride 2D,3D diffusion rules are studied on differert fly ash proportion(0,20%,40%,60%),2D and 3D diffusion coefficient was calculated;The experiment indicates,free chloride concentration and total chloride concentration of 2D and 3D diffusion increase with the extension of time,the chloride coefficient of the concrete with fly ash proportion 20% is smallest;the free chloride concentration of 2D is bigger than 1D,the free chloride concentration of 3D is bigger than 2D;chloride 2D and 3D diffusion exist interaction,to quantify the interaction,the conception of chloride 2D and 3D diffusion interaction coefficient was put forward.
