摘    要:分析了产品虚拟动态设计的一般过程,以数控车床关键部件—尾架为例进行研究。通过虚拟动态分析技术,确定了尾架系统是整机结构中的薄弱结构,存在动刚度严重不足的问题。根据新车床的结构布局情况,对尾架结构进行改造。改造后的尾架由上下2部分组成,CAE分析结果表明,其结构动刚度得到很大的提高,为数控车床整机的动态优化奠定了基础。

Abstract:Analyzed the common process of virtual optimization design for mechanical products, and the tail bracket as a key part of NC machine tool was studied as an example. Applying the technology of virtual dynamic optimization design, the tail bracket system is determined the weak structure which has deficient dynamic rigidity. So the tail bracket was modified according the structure arrangement patterns of new NC lathe. The structure of modified tail bracket composed with two parts. The result by CAE analysis shows that the dynamic rigidity of tail bracket has been enhanced greatly. It has established the basis to optimize the entire machine tool.
