摘    要:对在役钢结构吊车梁进行定期、不定期的检查是避免发生疲劳失效的最有效方法。从经济的观点要求维护方法的费用最小 ,同时还应满足最小的安全指标。基于疲劳动态可靠度 ,对在役钢结构吊车梁的维修加固策略进行了探讨 ,考虑维修加固效益和维修加固后的经济影响 ,提出了以疲劳动态可靠度为约束 ,以维修加固总效益为目标函数的维修加固优化决策模式 ,并通过某钢厂圆弧端吊车梁的维修加固实例进行验证。可为工业建筑吊车梁的设计、管理和维护提供依据。

Abstract:It is an effective method to carry out regularly inspection on steel crane girder structures in order to prevent from fatigue failure.In the economic point of view,the maintenance methods not only satisfy the minimum cost but also satisfy the minimum safe index.The strategy on repair and reinforcement on steel crane girder structures in service based on fatigue dynamic reliability is analyzed.Considering the benefits of repair and the long-term economic affection after repair and reinforcement;using the fatigue dynamic reliability as constraint condition,thinking of that the sum of benefits of repair and reinforcement as object function,the optimization model is put forward.Then it is used to a certain crane arc ends repair and reinforcement.It shows that the method and the results can be used for designer,capital construction manager and researcher reference.
