预应力钢网架结构

摘    要:为了探索一种合理的大跨度结构,本工程的屋盖采用的钢网架结构上施加预应力,此方法把高强度钢丝束挂在网架结构的下部节点上,沿着屋盖垂直方向进行张拉,使索与架共同作用,在网架上引起一种向上力,以抗由上荷载产生的正向弯矩,提高网架的强度和刚度,减少结构空间,用较少的钢材建成较大跨度的屋盖,这是大跨度中理想结构之一.

Abstract:This paper describes the analysis,design and construction of a prestressed steel truss roof.In this stucture,high strength steel tendons are attached to the lower joints of the truss and the ends of the tendons are anchored on the top edge joints of the truss.Post-tensioning of the tendons leads to upward deformations of the truss. These deformations are opposite to the downward deformations from roof loading,and are ths beneficial to the structure.This prestressing technique leads to an optimal steel roof structure which is light and economical.
