| 摘 要： | 对比分析了Ag/Cu、Ag/BZn15-20两种丝材在机械性能和电学性能方面的差异以及由此造成的加工工艺的不同，试验并分析了控制壁厚和复合界面扩散对材料复合质量和加工性能的影响因素，在此基础上制订出合适的拉拔和软化退火工艺。

| Abstract: | Ag/Cu and Ag/ BZn15-20 composites wires were proposed using room-temperature solid composite technique. The mechanical and electrical properties of the composites were determined. Some factors influencing the thickness of coating layer and interface diffusion were analyzed. |
