| 摘 要： | 在工程造价模糊预测快速算法中，提出了运用工程特征元素权值，给典型工程造价一个时间价值系数，根据工程实际情况选择合适的特征元素参与计算等方法，使估算模型更符合实际情况，估算结果更为精确。

| Abstract: | Using fast algorithm of construction cost based on fuzzy prediction, the method was proposed that is to use weight number of characteristic element, give a time value coefficient to cost of typical engineering, choose a suitable characteristic element to count based on reality engineering conditions. It makes the model of estimate nearer to engineering practice, and the result of estimate is more accurate. |
