摘    要:分析了微泡沫在水溶液中的具体结构及微泡沫钻井液分散细、稳定性好的原因。通过室内试验优选出了水基微泡沫聚合物钻井液的配方,并对其密度、流变性、稳定性和滤失性等性能进行了评价试验,总结出压力、温度和剪切速率等对其性能的影响规律。根据优选配方所配制的微泡沫水基聚合物钻井液性能稳定、密度低(循环当量密度维持在0.93~1.04kg/L),具有保护储层的功能,不需要增加钻井设备,能满足近平衡或欠平衡钻井的要求。

Abstract:Specific structures of micro-foams dissolved in water and reasons why micro-foams can disperse finely and stably are discussed. The formula of water-based micro-foam polymer drilling fluid is optimized by lab tests, and its properties (including density, rheology, stability and fluid loss are all evaluated in detail. Based on lab tests, effects of pressure, temperature and shear velocity on drilling fluid properties are summarized. Water-based polymer drilling fluids prepared as optimized formula are stable and behave with low density (equivalent circulation density of 0. 93-1. 04 kg/L), which can protect reservoir and meet demands for near or under balanced drilling without additional equipment.
