摘    要:无汞锌粉是无汞碱锰电池的关键原材料之一。根据作者几年来在碱锰电池专用锌粉的开发和生产中取得的实际经验,介绍了锌粉中的杂质、代汞缓蚀剂、ZnO含量以及锌粉颗粒大小、形貌、析气量和松装密度对无汞碱锰电池性能的影响。

Abstract:Mercury-free zinc powder is one of th e key materials of mercury-free Zn-M nO 2 batteries.Based on authors' s practicals experiences obtained f rom research and productions of merc ury-free zinc powders,the effects of impurities and ZnO conten ts of zinc powders,mercury-substit uting inhibitors,as well as size and shape of granulars,amount of gas evo lution and bulk density of zinc powers on performances of batteries were reported in this paper.
