| 摘 要： | 目的 评价钩端螺旋体疫苗大面积人群免疫的流行病学效果。方法 采用队列研究方法对重点疫区乡镇钩体流行年份钩体疫苗的保护率和效果指数进行分析。结果 钩体疫苗的保护率为 85 34%～ 10 0 % ,效果指数为 6 82～ 36 5 9。结论 现行的钩体疫苗具有较好的流行病学效果

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the epidemiological efficiency of large-scale field trial of whole cell leptospira vaccine. Methods The protective rates and effect indexes of whole cell leptospira vaccine in main epidemic areas were analyzed at epidemic seasons. Results The protective rate and effect index of the vaccine were 85.34%-100% and 6.82-36.59 respectively. Conclusion The current whole cell leptospira vaccine shows good epidemiological efficiency. |
