| Abstract: | The paper illustrates the importance of the real estate and its influencing factors,adopts the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),and has a fair and reasonable evaluation of the current real estate in Handan based on the objective,fair,just and efficient principles,so as to be good for reasonable selection of the residents who are willing to buy houses. |
