小直径立铣刀后刀面磨损带的研究

摘    要:分析了小直径立铣刀后刀面的磨损规律及特点 ,提出采用后刀面磨损带宽度VB和后刀面磨损带面积AVB作为衡量刀具磨损程度的评价指标。小直径立铣刀渐进磨损试验结果表明 :每一刀齿后刀面和副后刀面的VB和AVB变化曲线与车刀的典型磨损过程曲线相似 ,即存在初期磨损、正常磨损和急剧磨损阶段。

Abstract:The regularity and characteristics of major flank wear of end mills with small diameter are analyzed. The average width ( VB) and average area ( A VB ) of the wear land are proposed as two indexes for estimating the wear out of milling cutters. Results of the progressive wear test show that curves of VB and A VB variance of the major flank and minor flank per edge are similar to curves of the turning tool wear, which undergo three wear stages: the initial wear stage, normal wear stage and rapid wear stage.
