柴油机增压后机体的改进设计

摘    要:利用有限元分析技术对某机型柴油机增压后的机体、缸盖、曲轴、主轴承盖、缸套等柴油机主要零部件的组合部件进行了结构强度和刚度分析。根据分析结果对薄弱部位作了改进设计,并对改进后的设计进行了效果评估,结果表明,改进后的机体取得了预期的效果。

Abstract:FEA technology is used to perform the structural intensity and stiffness analysis on the assembly parts of cylinder block,cylinder head,crankshaft,main bearing covers,and cylinder liners,etc.When the diesel engine is turbocharged,according to analysis result,the improvement design is applied to weak part and the improvement design is evaluated.Finally,the improved cylinder block has made the desired results.
