摘    要:参照JJF 1059-1999<测量不确定度评定与表示>的技术规范,通过对石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定水质硒标准样品过程的分析,阐明了硒不确定度的评定步骤和评定方法。

Abstract:According to JJF 1059-1999 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement,the nondeterministic degree of selenium in water with graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry method in analysized by nondeterministic degree evaluation and indicate theory.The evaluation step and its method of nondeterministic degree explained to get the evaluation results.Results The uncertainty of the result of selenium in water tested by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry is 0.014 mg/L as absolute value and 3.3 % as relative value.Conclusion The method for determining selenium from water by atomic absorption spectrometry is clear and adequate and without repeated procedure.This method has high application value.
