工艺参数对电镀铁-磷合金镀层性能的影响

摘    要:以NaH2PO2·H2O和FeCl2·4H2O为主要组分,依次加入导电盐、pH缓冲剂、抗氧化剂和其他添加剂配制成镀液电镀铁-磷合金镀层;结合镀层的硬度和显微形貌的分析,研究了pH、温度和电流密度对镀层外观质量的影响.发现电镀Fe-P合金的最佳工艺参数是pH为1.0,Jk为26A/dm2,温度为43℃.

Abstract:Fe-P coating was prepared by electroplating in tae bath conlaining NaH2PO2·H2O,FeCl2·4H2O as main ingredient with the addition of conductive salt,pH buffering agent,antioxidants and other additive.By using hardness and surface morphology tests,the effect of pH,temperature and current density on the coating properties was investigated.The results show that the optimum technological parameters of Fe-P electroplating are pH of 1.0,current density of 26A/dm2,and temperature of 43℃.
