摘 要: | 利用变压吸附的方法对低浓度含氧煤层气的分离效果进行了实验,研究了原料气浓度不同时的均压时间对吸附分离效果的影响,结果表明,存在一个最佳均压时间使得解吸气中甲烷浓度达到最大值,原料气甲烷浓度不同,其最佳均压时间不一样。同时还研究了原料气甲烷浓度变化对吸附分离效果的影响:在循环时序不变的情况下,原料气甲烷浓度的变化对解吸气中甲烷影响比较大,当甲烷体积分数从16.1%增加到20.0%时,解吸气中甲烷体积分数从20.9%增大到30.4%;原料气甲烷浓度变化对氧气影响比较小;原料气甲烷体积分数从16.1%增加到20.0%不会导致变压吸附过程中混合气进入到爆炸界限。
