散棉纤维微悬浮体前处理对其纺纱性能的影响

摘    要:优化了微悬浮体前处理的工艺配方,并对处理后散棉纤维进行白度、吸水性等测试.结果表明,微悬浮体前处理能在一定程度上提高散棉纤维的蓬松性,同时保证了被处理纤维的白度和吸水性.生产试验测试证明,微悬浮体处理工艺极大程度地改善了棉纤维的纺纱性能.

Abstract:The optimum pretreatment approach are discussed,then the properties of pre-treated fibers are tested,including whiteness,wetting absorbent and so on.The experimental results show that the fluffy is strengthened to a certain extent,while maintaining the whiteness of the fiber,the wetting effect of water absorption,etc are maintained.The production of experimental test shows that the spinnability of the the micro-suspension scattered cotton fibers are improved excellent.
