Abstract:A method is described for the determination of multi-pesticide residues in scallion by GC-NCI-MS.Scallion samples were extracted with acetonitrile and the extracts were cleaned up by SPE column filled with mix type SAX-PSA,followed by determination with GC-NCI-MS at selected ion monitor mode(SIM).The detection of the all pesticides were 0.0002~0.05 mg/kg.When the spiked concentrations were 0.01~0.1 mg/kg,all the recoveries of pesticide in scallion were 71.6%~116.8%.
