摘    要:近几年来,高职院校迅速发展的同时带来了高职院校领导干部选拔,培养等干部管理的一些问题。公立院校与社会力量兴办院校之间界线不清,高职院校领导干部的条件要求不够明确等。是该类院校领导干部管理问题产生的主要原因。做好高职院校的干部管理工作可以通过划分学校类型,实行分级管理,建立行会及校院长人才市场等途径,以不断优化干部的结构,提高队伍整体素质。

Abstract:In recent years, vocational institutes of higher learning have been developing rapidly, although, at the same time, problems have also arisen in such aspects as the choice and training of administrators. The main problems, among many others, are the vagueness of demarcation line in administrator management, and the nonspecificity of requirements for different levels of administrators. This paper argues that the management of administrators of vocational institutes of higher learning can be improved by means of classification of such institutions, implementation of graded management, and the founding of guilds and personnel markets of administrators for such institutions.Thus,the team structure of administrators can be optimized, and their over-all quality can be improved.
