氯苯扎利二钠合成中后处理工艺的改进

摘    要:报道了非甾体解热镇痛消炎药氯苯扎利二钠合成中后处理工艺的改进。以2,4-二氯苯甲酸和邻氨基苯甲酸为原料,经Ullmann反应,精制得氯苯扎利;再与氢氧化钠成盐,得氯苯扎利二钠,两步总收率达73%,简化了操作步骤,降低了生产成本,适合工业化生产。

Abstract:An improved after-treatment method in synthesis of lobenzarit disodium was reported.Lobenzarit was prepared from 2,4-dichlorobenzoic acid and 2-aminobenzoic acid as raw material by Ullmann reaction,and was recrystallized to give the key intermediate lobenzarit.Then lobenzarit disodium was obtained by salt formation with 10% NaOH with an overall yield of about 73%.Technical parameters were optimized,so that the process was more suitable for industrialization.
