摘 要: | 以贵金属Pt为脱氢活性组分 ,钾为助催化剂 ,以覆炭γ -Al2 O3 复合材料 (CCA )为载体 ,制备出合成邻苯基苯酚 (OPP)的脱氢催化剂 ,并对催化剂的活性进行了评价。为提高OPP的选择性 ,选用CS2 对催化剂进行预中毒实验。结果表明 ,Pt/CCA催化剂的脱氢活性与稳定性均优于以γ -Al2 O3 为载体的Pt催化剂。当所用催化剂载体覆炭质量分数为 1 5% ,催化剂中w(Pt) =0 5% ,w (K2 O ) =1 % ,CS2 的用量与催化剂中Pt的质量比为 1 / 1 0 0 ,在 350℃反应时 ,OPP的选择性可以达到 96 % ,收率在 92 %以上

Performance of New Catalyst Supported on Carbon Covered Alumina for Preparing o-Phenylphenol |

Abstract: | Pt with K 2O as promoter supported by carbon covered γ-Al 2O 3 (CCA) wer e prepared and used as dehydrogenation catalyst for obtaining o-phenylpheno l f rom cyclohexenyl cyclohexanone.For the sake of improving catalyst activity,the c atalyst was pre-poisoned by CS 2.Performance of catalyst supported on carbon cov ered γ-Al 2O 3 was better than that supported on γ-Al 2O 3.Catalyst co nsisted of w (Pt)=0.5%,w (K 2O)=1% and m(CS 2 )/m(Pt) was 1/100.Selectivity of o-phenylp henol reached higher than 96% under certain reaction conditions at 350 ℃. |
