自动叠装马达铁芯级进模设计

摘    要:分析了马达铁芯的工艺特点及传统的加工工艺缺陷,设计了转子和定子同模套冲、自动叠装的级进模,确定了排样方案、模具总体结构,重点阐述了自动叠装技术的设计要点。该模具自2004年投入生产,表现出了效率高、运行稳定、刃磨寿命长等特点,对电机行业马达铁芯模的开发有较强的指导意义。

Abstract:Analyze the technique features of motor motor iron-core and the drawbacks of traditional processing technology,design a pair of rotor and star set in the same die to rush to cut,and the processive die by automatically riveting,ascertain the scheme of blank layout and die structure, expatiate the design points of teehuology by automatically riveting.It is shown that the die has thecharacteristics of high efficiency ,stabile running ,and long-lived sharpening,when it was used in factory last year.Expound that the die has strong meaning in motor iron-core explode in electrical engineering field.
