废弃玻璃粉粉磨动力学行为特征研究

摘    要:采用激光粒度分析仪测试粉磨不同时间后废弃玻璃粉颗粒粒径分布,然后利用Origin软件拟合得到废弃玻璃粉粉磨动力学方程参数,探讨废弃玻璃粉粉磨动力学行为特征.结果表明:随着粉磨时间的增加,较大粒径废弃玻璃粉颗粒粉磨效率逐渐降低,120min后粉磨效率趋于0.废弃玻璃粉等效粒径及比表面积与粉磨时间双对数都具有较好的线性相关关系.可采用RRB(RosinRammler-Bennet)分布模型描述废弃玻璃粉累计颗粒粒径分布特征.废弃玻璃粉颗粒粒径分布具有分形特征.废弃玻璃粉比表面积与颗粒粒径分布分维值具有良好的线性相关关系.粉磨时间越长,废弃玻璃粉颗粒粒径分布分维值越大,越不容易破碎.

Abstract:The particle size distributions of waste glass powder ground for different times were measured by laser particle size analyzer, based on which the parameters of grinding dynamic equations were calculated with Origin software so as to determine the grinding dynamic characteristics of waste glass powder. The results show that the grinding efficiency of waste glass powder with large particle size decreases with increase of grinding time, and decreases near to zero after grinding for 120min. Both the equivalent particle size and specific surface area(SSA) of waste glass powder show a good linear relation to double logarithm of grinding time. The cumulative particle size distribution of waste glass powder is in accordance with the RRB (Rosin Rammler Bennet) distribution model. The particle size distribution of waste glass powder shows fractal features. The SSA of waste glass powder is in a good linear relation to fractal dimension of particle size distribution. The fractal dimension of powder size distribution of waste glass increases with grinding time, indicating that the waste glass powder is more difficult to grind.
