摘    要:模具设计完成后为了快速准确得到BOM表,在UG三维设计平台下进行二次开发,开发出由模具三维实体模型生成BOM的功能模块。模块能快速自动识别出存储在三维模型中的模具零部件信息,生成可配置化的BOM表;并且可以从外部导入修改过的BOM表,保证零件信息与BOM表的同步更新。

Abstract:In order to quickly generate a BOM of mould after design,a function module was created through further development under UG platform.In a newly designed BOM module,the part information stored in a 3D model is recognized automatically and quickly,and then a configurable BOM is generated correctly;on the other hand,the modified BOM in Excel format is introduced into the 3D model for updating the mould part information.
