摘 要: | 针对600 MW超临界汽轮发电机组5号、7号、8号轴瓦及发电机定子振动异常的现象,通过振动数据的测试分析,认为低压转子不平衡、轴瓦顶隙超标是机组异常振动的原因,提出调整Ⅱ号低压转子动平衡和轴瓦顶部间隙、加固轴瓦下侧垫铁等处理措施.

Abstract: | To solve abnormal vibration of No.5,7,8 bearings and generator stator of one 600 MW supercritical turbo-unit in one power plant,analyzes vibration data testing,to find that unbalance and much more top clearance of bearing and so on are the cause of the abnormal vibration of turbo-unit,and takes some measures from adjusting dynamic balancing of No.Ⅱlow-pressure rotor and top clearance. |
