摘    要:在分析研究CNC齿轮测量中心的机械结构和工作原理基础上,运用有限元方法建立该齿轮测量中心的有限元模型,进行了齿轮测量中心不同工作情况的力学分析,得到了测头在工作状态下的弹性变形,并分析了该弹性变形对测量误差的影响.通过对齿轮测量中心进行了模态动力学分析,得出系统的自振频率远高于测量频率,验证了静态分析可以用来计算动态测...

Abstract:The mechanical structure of a CNC gearing measurement center is introduced.Based on FEA(Finite Element Analysis) method,the model of the gearing measurement center is modeled for static analysis and modal analysis.The calculated results provided deformation of the machine caused by inertia during measuring.The modal analysis results show that the first natural frequency is much higher than the measurement frequency.This means that the static analysis results can be applied for calculation of measurement error.The calculation method and results is important for mechanical design of the gearing measurement center.
