| 摘 要： | 针对河北张河湾蓄能发电有限责任公司2号机组开启时出现球阀工作密封异常退出的现象,通过对机组开启球阀时调用的顺控子流程中各个组态进行分析,认为软件逻辑判断异常使机组启动时未收到紧急PLC退出工作密封指令是导致该次启动失败的原因,并提出相应处理措施.

| Abstract: | Aiming at the phenomenon of the abnormal exit of valve work seal when Zhanghewan Pumped Storage Power Station Unit 2 started,after analysis on each configuration of opening the valve subroutine,The reason for this failed to start is that software logic abnormalities caused not received instructions of emergency PLC back work seal. |
